Invisible Room is a story of a man in his late 50’s going through a surreal journey on the way back from his work. His house is rendered invisible, floating above the bustling city street, while he gets comfortable in his “personal” space. The rest of the world is oblivious of what is going on above their head, and carries on with their lives.

Coupled with melancholic beats from hip hop producer D.Sanders, the absurdist comedy resonates across the frame through the fantastic imagery and abstraction.

LomosphereLive Visual2023 - 2024
Utilizing the local virtual production set located near the brink of 6th bridge in Los Angeles, this live performance set up shares some truly unique features. The visual input from a sony handycam is fed through the CRT-compatible retro videotape sampler + mixer setup in realtime, then back out onto the stage LED screens. At times, the sampler device can also bring in data from a projector that is screening liquid mixture poured onto a petri dish at macro scale. This double-end interactive set up invites both performer and the visual artist to be active participants of the show.
